I was born and raised in Indio, California.
In 2014, I was diagnosed with type II diabetes, weighed 310 pounds and felt hopeless.
I needed to make some changes or I was going to die.
Looking for answers I discovered something that would change my life forever. Through my research I discovered and adopted a plant-based lifestyle. I noticed my health started to improve and within two months I was able to reverse my diabetes.
With my health back and a new purpose in life I began my mission to help others. I invested in myself and attended the top plant-based schools to learn everything I could to become a chef.
